Oxford University Press
Oxford University Press, the country’s largest university printing press firm, moved in 2011 to a new warehouse at ProLogis Park, off the A6003 in Kettering bringing 300 jobs with it . The new site is now its national distribution headquarters.
Chief executive Nigel Portwood said: “This is an exciting opportunity for OUP and our employees; we were keen to remain in the area in order to retain our committed local workforce.”
“We reviewed several options, but ultimately the site in Kettering gave us the exact requirements we were looking for.”
“We are looking forward to building fruitful relationships in Kettering and taking our distribution service to the next level.”
Founded in 1480, OUP is a department of Oxford University.
